- Help identify potential target firms that meet the Private Equity Groups criteria, i.e. size, location, EBITDA
- Reach out in a private & confidential nature to the potential target firms; gauge their interest and discuss a potential transaction.
- Provide a summary overview of the potential seller to the Private Equity Group.
- Obtain signed Confidentiality Agreements and make initial introductions between buyer & the potential seller.
- Host conference calls, provide contact information, aid in coordinating on-site meetings.
- Assist in gathering preliminary financial information and due diligence request lists.
- Provide feedback on seller's thoughts throughout the acquisition process.
