Mike Bryce

Michael joined Briscoe & Associates in 2017; he leads the company as vice president in charge of deal sourcing for both sellers and buyers. Mike has worked closely with several private equity groups in the HVAC-Plumbing market space, presenting several firms with their platform operation, and subsequent add-on companies during their operational build-out. His blend of professionalism with compassion for sellers navigating the sale of their company, drives him to help both buyer and seller manage the entire acquisition process, from first contact, to deal closing. In addition to specializing in service-based companies; Michael has completed acquisitions in the distribution, and construction industries.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University. He is a major outdoor enthusiast. When he is away from work you will find him playing somewhere in the mountains with his wife, daughter, and son. His favorite hobbies are alpine skiing, white water rafting, hiking, fly fishing, and golfing.
